Making a Purchase

Payment
Luxury Pet Department accepts all major debit and credit cards. Cards will be authorised and charged at time of order. Orders can be paid for by personal or business cheque but please note that orders will not be despatched until 5 working days after receipt of the cheque. Luxury Pet Department can also accept bank transfers as a form of payment, please contact us for further details, orders will be despatched once the funds have cleared into our bank account. Payment should be made in UK pounds sterling

Credit Card Security
Luxury Pet Department uses Protx secure payment services to process Credit and Debit card orders and all payments are encrypted to ensure your purchase is safe and secure.

Luxury Pet Department aims to ship all items within 48 hours of order - however please refer to the individual product listing for an indication of expected delivery time. Please note that we do not work Saturdays, Sundays of Bank Holidays. Merchandise is sent through Business Post to mainland UK and Royal Mail To Ireland And Eire which can take longer then our standard courier service.

If your package exceeds this price we will call you before despatch to confirm the price. Special rates may apply for bulky items and will be indicated against the product. If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence or by customer providing incorrect shipping information the customer will be contacted by phone and payment will be required to re-send the item.

Out of Stock Items
Luxury Pet Department, will, upon receipt of your order contact you to advise if an item is out of stock and keep you updated as to the expected shipping time. We automatically ship all of out stock items once they become available. In the unlikely event that an item is permanently unavailable Luxury Pet Department will offer a full refund or a credit note to the value of the goods.

Returns Policy
Luxury Pet Department endeavours to ensure that all products are free from damage and defects. If however an item is damaged or faulty we will offer a replacement or credit note to the full value of the merchandise. Please note that we can only refund your item(s) if they are unused and returned within 14 days from date of dispatch. You may exchange items up to 28 days from date of dispatch. Sale Items are excluded for refund or exchange unless proven faulty. All returns should be clearly marked with your name, address and order number, please use the returns card enclosed with your order. Unfortunately Luxury Pet Department cannot confirm receipt of your return. We recommend that you use a secure postage method, such as recorded delivery. This way you will be able to trace your delivery. We CANNOT accept liability for non receipt of returned goods.

Luxury Pet Department does not disclose buyers' information to any Third Parties other than information used for goods delivery purposes ie: name and address information when a courier service is used. Where email addresses are supplied we shall retain these details for marketing purposes, Newsletter & Offer notifications, please email us with your details to helpdesk@luxurypetdept.com if you do not wish to receive these.
