Cinnamon is known to help invigorate and support the respiratory and digestive systems. The natural cleansing and detox benefits of honey are well documented. Decorated with carob (a well-known healthy alternative to chocolate which is high in calcium, potassium and riboflavin), yoghurt and natural organic colours.
