ALL ITEMS DELIVERED BY ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS POST.
All products dispatched from Luxury Pet Department will now be delivered by Royal Mail. All items are dispatched 1st Class. Any large items such as large dog beds and carriers will be delivered using the UK mail 24 hour courier service. These postage costs are to the UK only, please contact us for postage costs if you are outside the United Kingdom.
Occasionally specialist items will be drop shipped directly to our customers from our suppliers, in such a case an alternative courier may be used and we will make sure our customers are made aware of this.
Please allow between 1-3 days for delivery on all items. If there is any reason we cannot meet this time frame then we will inform you immediately.

Our refund policy
In the unlikely event that a purchase from Luxury Pet Department fails to meet your expectations, please return your product within 7 days of receiving your item for a full refund.
A full refund will only be made if your product is returned to us in its original and unused condition, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse refunding the customer.
Any items returned that are not in a resalable condition will be returned back to the customer without a refund being issued.
How to return items
For any exchange or refund request, you must in the first instance please contact our customer service team at sales@luxurypetdept.com to indicate the reason for the return within the timescales outlined above.
Our customer service team will then give you an address to which you can return the item(s) in question. This may differ depending on which of our facilities the goods were originally despatched from. You must return the goods to us in their original packaging and, other than damaged goods, in an unused, re-saleable condition. You should also gain a certificate of posting from the Post Office, as The Luxury Pet Department will not be held liable for losses or damage in the postal system.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order placed online then please contact us within 12 hours of placing an order.
If you have ordered the incorrect sized item then please contact us as soon as possible on
and we can amend the product size for you before the item is dispatched.
