Luxury Pet Department postage guide

ALL ITEMS DELIVERED BY ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS POST.

All products dispatched from Luxury Pet Department will now be delivered by Royal Mail. All items are dispatched 1st Class with proof of postage. Any large items such as large dog beds and carriers will be delivered using the UK mail 24 hour courier service.

Occasionally specialist items will be drop shipped directly to our customers from our suppliers, in such a case an alternative courier may be used and we will make sure our customers are made aware of this.

Please allow between 1-3 days for delivery on all items. If there is any reason we cannot meet this time frame then we will inform you immediately.

Our opening hours are 8.30am to 5.00 PM Monday to Friday and we look forward to hearing from you.

Postage is currently £1.50 per order.

Our refund policy

In the unlikely event that a purchase from Luxury Pet Department fails to meet your expectations, please return your product within 7 days of receiving your item for a full refund.
A full refund will only be made if your product is returned to us in its original and unused condition, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse refunding the customer.

Any items returned that are not in a resalable condition will be returned back to the customer without a refund being issued.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order placed online then please contact us within 12 hours of placing an order.
If you have ordered the incorrect sized item then please contact us as soon as possible on
and we can amend the product size for you before the item is dispatched.
