If you spot any mistakes on the Luxury Pet Department website then you can claim a free prize by reporting them to us!
Simply email details of the mistake to helpdesk@luxurypetdept.com detailing where you spotted the error and we will send you a toy for your pet, free of charge!
Please remember to tell us if you have a cat or dog so we can send them a suitable present.
