Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Delivery Schedule Please note that any items marked “Special Order” may take up to 21 days to deliver as these products are either being imported from the United States or hand made to order.
Please allow up to three days for delivery on all other items. If there is any reason we cannot meet this time frame then we will keep you informed of the ordering process.

Back Orders If you have ordered a special order item then we will keep you contstantly updated on its progess.

Returns Policy In the unlikely event that a purchase from Luxury Pet Department fails to meet your expectations, please return your product within 7 days of receiving your item for a full refund.
A full refund will only be made if your product is returned to us in its original and unused condition, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse refunding the customer.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order placed online then please contact us within 12 hours of placing an order.
If you have ordered the incorrect sized item then please contact us as soon as possible on
0845 601 0028 and we can amend the product size for you before the item is dispatched.
